Real Estate Opportunities in New Orleans After Hurricane Katrina

It has been long known that one or more levees in the New Orleans area would go in the event of any fair-to-middlin'-sized hurricane. So why the shock and surprise that at least a couple of the levees have busted, in the wake of hurricane Katrina, flooding 80% or more or New Orleans?

Since the potential problem has been long known -- for decades -- why were the levees NOT rebuilt, or at least patched, well in advance?

Obviously, TPTB had other priorities. Given the agenda of the NWO, my guess is that the levees will be rebuilt AFTER thousands/millions of acres of land have been foreclosed on and/or sold at distressed bargain-basement prices.

Meyer Rothschild said something like: "Buy when the blood is running in the streets." In the case of New Orleans, you could substitute "water" for "blood".

So, if you are a speculator, you could jump in right along with politicians and corporations like Bush/Cheney/Halliburton and "Crawfish Huey" (fictitious local politician name).

  1. You don't actually seriously believe that a group of shadowy men met in a dark room somewhere in secret (TPTB) and actually 'planned' the New Orleans disaster do you? C'mon.... get real buddy! This rant of yours is a pure projection. No one knew how or when or if it would happen and nobody knows how things will unfold from here either.... nobody. New Orleans as a city is finished and it won't be business as usual for a long, long time. If you're so concerned why don't you get off your duff and go help out? It's not a time for cynicism!

  2. Wayne -- TPTB didn't need to 'plan' it. Just a little malign neglect and let nature take its course. I repeat -- the potential problem has been known of since at least the 1960s. Projects proposed but only partially implemented. OTH, why did New Orleans and Louisiana themselves not pony up the fix-up money instead of depending on and waiting for the Feds?

BTW, who says I am concerned?

BTW2, it is always a time for cynicism. Look around you. ;>)

  3. Hey, there's an imperial war going on. That and buying all the cheap crap from China to build up THEIR economy -- that's where the money has been and should be going on.

  4. It's too bad in one sense, but "the catfish came home to roost" in another sense. Generations of dropping litters of human spawn with no more concern about consequences than cats, rats, dogs, led to drastic overpopulation in a f*ing swamp. (And this is a worldwide problem -- this is just the latest incidence of getting bit in the ass because of stupidity.)

Stupid religions with prohibitions against birth control and abortion, and stupid social policies encourage population growth without limit -- so tough shit.
